This case will introduce in detail a stainless steel ball sculpture produced by our factory in December 2023. This sculpture is not only unique in size and design, but also demonstrates our expertise in craftsmanship and skill.

1. Project Overview
   We were given the challenging task of designing and producing a stainless steel sphere sculpture. The diameter of this sculpture reaches 2 meters, the surface is a high-gloss mirror, and the center is a tapered through hole with a diameter of 700*120, which is also an internal mirror. The design required us to install this sculpture in a commercial plaza in California, USA.
2. Design and production process
3. Preliminary design: We conducted an in-depth design of the overall shape, size and proportion of the sculpture. Using advanced modeling software, the sculpture was 3D modeled to confirm that its shape and size were as expected.
4. Material selection: We chose high-quality 304 stainless steel as the production material. Stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and gloss, and can maintain the original shape and color of the sculpture for a long time.
5. Production: During the production process, we first finely cut and bent the stainless steel to form a spherical basic shape.    After production is completed, we are responsible for safely transporting the sculpture to the American Galleria. Considering the size and shape of the sculpture, we chose a professional shipping company to handle it. Finally, the sculpture was successfully installed in the commercial plaza. Its high-gloss mirror surface shone in the sun, attracting the attention of many citizens and tourists. The design of its tapered through hole brings people a deep and three-dimensional visual experience.
8. Project summary and reflection
   The successful production and installation of this stainless steel ball sculpture is undoubtedly an important milestone for our factory. It proves our design capabilities and production technology, as well as our ability to understand and meet customer needs. In this project, we accumulated valuable experience, including the understanding of user needs in the design stage, the precise production of models, the selection of materials, and the meticulous processing in the later stages.
